Learning is at the heart of Fulfilling Lives and one of our core aims is that evidence and learning from the programme will promote positive changes in policy and practice leading to a changed system that works more effectively for people experiencing multiple and complex needs.
In 2019 we published interim evaluation reports about two of our major strands of work: our Workforce Development programme and our Critical Time Intervention (CTI) pilot.
