Advocacy Centre North

Advocacy Centre North (which is part of Newcastle Council for Voluntary Service) is an Employing Organisation for the Fulfilling Lives programme in Newcastle and Gateshead.

Advocacy Centre North gives a voice to vulnerable people who are struggling to be heard. They support them to secure their rights, understand their choices, make decisions and access services.
They currently employ two Service Navigators: a level 1 and a level 2. Advocacy Centre North aims to provide a supportive environment for their staff and to contribute to the development of the Fulfilling Lives programme. They became involved with the Fulfilling Lives because it offers an innovative approach to tackling the problems faced by people with complex needs and aims to promote system change which could have long term benefits for people Advocacy Centre North supports.
