Fulfilling Lives Experts by Experience group recently held a fantastic community day in Gateshead with over 200 people attending.
The day was all about having fun, bringing communities together and raising awareness of the difficulties people with multiple complex needs face.
There was fun for the whole family with an inflatable assault course, cooking displays, a BBQ, information stalls and speakers from the local community.
