The aim of the Fulfilling Lives Programme is to offer individually led, open ended navigation support to a sample of people experiencing multiple and complex needs across Newcastle and Gateshead. This work is carried out to ensure we highlight gaps and good practice in provision and work with our partners to affect system change and improve the service offer to this client group.
Fulfilling Lives Newcastle Gateshead is currently operating with a large waiting list of approximately 30 people and as such we cannot accept new referrals into the programme until these clients are allocated. Continuing to leave people on a waiting list is to create unrealistic expectations therefore we will review our capacity on a monthly basis and inform you, our partners when referrals are open again.
